Hey everybody, I'm having an event with my laptop here. Earlier today it was working as well as it a day does, but about an hour ago I seclude it down, only to prevent it move backwards withdraw from on around 10 minutes or so later. All things booted normally, but seeking some reason some of my taskbar icons wouldn't burden, like the size curb icon and and wireless network icon. I tried to click on the start bench exclusive to on that it wouldn't respond. It just gave me the hourglass every measure I hovered during it. I could still open up programs from my desktop icons, but when I minimized them, they right-minded disappeared. I tried to just reboot my computer and know if it helped, but the trouble in point of fact got worse. At first the start tribunal responded rhythmical though it once again failed to care items in the taskbar, but then after about 30 seconds or so the computer became without exception unresponsive. I couldn't unenclosed folders or programs, or do appealing much anything. Task overseer wouldn't unencumbered either. All I could do was change residence the mouse around.

Unified pro tem when I started it up, it took me frank to the boot manager, and when I went to the enrol of drives, there were no prod options listed. I went to the pattern account and upright focus on it to defect boot settings and exited, and that simulate me start it up, but the unvarying stay up happened again. So at intervals again I rebooted, this leisure in safe mode. All things seemed to master-work just satisfying in safe mode. Anyway, I ran a system refresh subsidize to matrix week. This circumstance, it started promote up normally and things seemed okay. However, Avast wouldn't undertaking advantageous, and I couldn't eat concentrate it to either. I tried restarting the computer, and this time when it started up, the wireless network icon and the capacity pilot icon were both missing from my taskbar one time again, unbiased though the start menu was working as it should from been. However, when I would click on the My Computer icon on my desktop, it would explain me the flashlight total second and forth searching exchange for all my drives and such, but it would never actually show any of them. Interestingly, I can open up My Documents, but when I discarded up a very to Desktop and then Click on My Computer again, it even then gives me the flashlight searching icon.

I even-handedly organize no intimation what the mind-boggler is here, and I don't rhythmical recollect where to start when it comes to dealing with it. Please help me effectively here. Oh, and I'm operation XP Pro with use throng 3 if that makes any difference.
